1. Introduction

Welcome to AI with ERPNext (operated by Esteem Consultants (Pvt) Ltd). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Services Provided

We provide AI-powered automation, custom AI assistant development, and ERPNext implementation and consulting services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Subscription & Billing

Our Monthly AI Service is billed on a monthly basis. To provide the best value, our standard billing is annual (billed once per year).

You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided that you give us at least 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.

4. Ownership of Work

For all One-Time Build projects, the client retains full ownership of the final source code and customized AI assets delivered upon completion and full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI is an evolving technology. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
